Who we are
Carefree Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Panda Peek. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, contact us, or visit this privacy page.
You do not need to create an account to play. Panda Peek does not provide an account system, social profiles, chat, or our own cloud-save service.
Information we process
Game data stored on your device
The game saves your current level, board state, mistakes, available free hints, and sound, music, and vibration preferences so you can continue playing. Your operating system may include this information in device backups, depending on your settings.
Advertising and consent information
Panda Peek uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices. These services may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, available advertising or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent preferences. This supports ad delivery and measurement, privacy choices, and fraud prevention. The information used depends on your device, region, permissions, and choices.
Analytics and crash reports, when enabled
Versions with Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics enabled send gameplay events and technical reports to help us understand difficulty and fix problems. Gameplay events include level starts, resumes, successes or failures, mistakes, tutorial progress, and hint use, together with level and board information.
These services may also process app-instance or installation identifiers, app and device details, operating system information, usage information, and crash traces or diagnostic logs. We do not attach your support email address to gameplay events.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem or screenshots. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The game does not ask you to provide your name or email to play, or request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location for gameplay.
Ads & your choices
Rewarded ads are shown when you choose an ad-supported hint or revive. Interstitial ads may appear between levels. Whether ads are personalized depends on applicable requirements, provider settings, and your choices.
- In the game: where applicable, Google presents a privacy message. You can revisit available advertising choices through Settings → AD PRIVACY when that option is shown.
- On your device: your operating system may offer controls for advertising identifiers and app tracking. The available options vary by platform and version.
- For other requests: contact us using the email below. Advertising privacy choices do not automatically change Firebase analytics or crash-reporting settings.
Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing. Technical information may still be needed to deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent abuse.
Retention & deletion
- Local progress and preferences: remain on your device until the app’s stored data is removed. On Android, clearing the app’s storage removes this data. Removing the app on iOS normally removes local game data; offloading the app may retain it. Device backups are controlled separately by your operating system and backup settings.
- Support correspondence: is kept as needed to handle your request, follow up on related issues, and meet applicable legal or security obligations.
- Advertising and analytics records: are retained according to the service settings, the purposes described here, and the providers’ retention policies. We keep information only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. Google states that Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
Uninstalling the game or resetting an advertising identifier does not by itself delete information already held by service providers. To request deletion of information we handle, email us. Because there are no game accounts, an email address alone may not let us locate device-based records; we may need limited additional information to identify the relevant data.
Removing local game data also removes your saved progress and remaining free hints. We do not operate a cloud-save service that can restore them.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To make a request, email hebaijun@gmail.com with “Panda Peek Privacy Request” in the subject. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and fulfil the request, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Children’s privacy
Panda Peek is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances requiring parental consent without that consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required permission, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Security & international transfers
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where required, transfers must rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law. The provider privacy information linked above explains their transfer practices and safeguards.
This privacy website
This page contains no advertising scripts, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or submission forms. Your browser sends technical information needed to load the page. The website host may record standard access and security logs, such as IP address, request time, and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Following an external link takes you to another provider’s website, where its own privacy policy applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, our services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for relevant changes.
